For outstanding and dedicated service to the Club.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP

Life Members of the former University of Western Australia Men's Hockey Club and the University of Western Australia Women’s Hockey Club shall be deemed to be Life Members of the Association.

CLUB LETTER

This award is only open to individuals who are not currently enrolled as UWA Students, but may be eligible for an award given their outstanding service to a UWA Affiliate Sport Club by achieving at least one of the following criteria; (a) Excellence in sporting standards (standards equal to a Full Blue) in international, national or local competition. (b) Demonstration of significant contribution to his/her UWA Affiliate Sport Club (c) Involvement in the promotion, development and betterment of University Sport beyond the call of a normal position in a sports club; either as a player or administrator.
